I did some calculations. The mass of the Greenland ice sheet is approximately 3 x 10^12 more than large iceberg. That would be like an person of average mass being struck by a slow moving bacteria. (rough analogy)

How does an iceberg become "rogue"? It's only a lump of ice that broke off the end of a glacier where the latter meets the sea in the natural course of things, and though they can be potentially hazardous to shipping, icebergs are commonplace.
Also, how does an iceberg "threaten" a very large country? Since nine-tenths of its bulk is submerged, if it approached the coast it would simply ground on the sea-bed in the shallows near the shore. The worst it could do is obstruct the approaches to a harbour, or perhaps damage installations like undersea cables in grounding.
