It's not Putin's fault that the president likes the taste of his own shoe leather. If there were any promises made, maybe it was like the time when the open mic picked up President Obama. Maybe we have to wait until after the midterms to see what the trade off is about. While I have the floor, I must say that although I'm new here, this site is a hoot and a half.
