Kavanaugh said in the past he would rubber stamp whatever a prez does. Look the other way while the guy is in office. Then LATER AFTER we deal with the cirminal things the ex-prez did when he is no longer prez but just an ordinary everyday average typical nothing special American citizen who committed cimes. Hey. That's one way to insure that no one will block your desires. Get folks who won't stop you. I mean DUH! Who wouldn't do the same dam* thing? Right? Cut every corner. Take every edge.
