    I have smoked marijuana since I was 17.  I smoked a lot. 

    That is 50 years of doping up.  I need to be in that state.  I am not playing games.

    No ... the consequences may affect your team, or even your nation.
    EG: the Russians being unable to field a national team at the last Olympics.  Even though some of their athletes were "cleared", they could only compete as members of the Olympic team - not Russian team.
