I don't imagine it will last for long. The last thing they want is Trump going after them on Twitter, which seems to be why almost all of the GOP who don't agree with him haven't said a word against him.
Consider that the daily tweetstorm routine may eventually become so shopworn and trite, it could lose it’s ability to deter dissention, given the ever-growing tally of dysfunctions pouring from Trumpworld.
I hope you're right and that might happen after the November elections, but until then, they don't want Trump going after them. You know what Trump is like when he goes after someone. Look how he treats his own staff.
No surprise. It was ludicrous to even suggest it, and ridiculous that some (here) thought it should/could happen.
Once again the low political acumen of Trump supporters is revealed. Throwing their own under the bus, GREAT strategy. At least there is someone left in the party who respects the rule of law, even if the lying POTUS can’t.
