Frankly m'dear I don't think any of them care. They accept whatever and never question. EVER. Why that is they probably don't even know. As an outsider looking in I must say it is the oddest thing I have ever seen politically. I'm sure there is more odder still to come with TGITWH. We did learn today to totally IGNORE all his tweets. We are told those just his opinions. None of them rise to the level of being presidential policy. None of them will actually ever happen. His posse is standing guard over him 24/7 to protect him from himself.
He can serve breakfast in bed to Putin and if it makes you people scream at the top of your lungs, then it's worth it all. I can't begin to tell you folks how entertaining your fantasies are. At least I've never seen the current president bowing at the waist paying homage to foreign dignitaries as BHO did during his tenure. If he'd have bent a little farther, he could have kissed his own a**. It wasn't a great day for the dignity of the office.

The principle in philosophy is that the higher your level of being, the lower you can go---and that's a positive. (Christ descending into hell for example.)
BHO, no matter how far he bent, would ever be mistaken for having the low "density of being" possessed by Trump---and that's obvious to other world leaders.
Trumps like a sheep who grows a complete new coat of wool every 3 months or so---and the "strongmen" who will never (for good reason) accept him as an equal salivate at the prospect of a new sweater on a regular basis.
