The Presdident of the United States takes an oath of office. See below. What happens when he says the words but doesn't stand by them and refuses to abide by themt?

Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United  States, and will to the best of my ability, PRESERVE, PROTECT AND DEFEND the constitution of the United States."

The GOP prez wannabe is already ignoring the Constitution. He is auditioning for the role of president. He is in the courtship phase. He should be on his best behavior but clearly he  doesn't care. Why?

    As far as I know not a single U.S. president has fully/faithfully kept his oath of office.  I expect no different from current contenders.

    I think this election is probably the most frustrating one I've seen yet. It's not a happy one for either party I'm looking forward to the beginning of Sep. NFL is back and everyone will be that much closer to the end of this fiasco.
