The GOP prez wannabe says he would ally with Russia for an anti-ISIS campaign AND he would institute EXTREME VETTING (see below) . Why does he think Russia and the Extreme Vettees won't lie?

EXTREME VETTING means that ideological tests would be administered to   Muslim immigrants and visitors to the US to insure that they believe in our Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and our laws and would honor them. Very smart. EXCEPT  why does the GOP prez wannabe believe that terrorists would tell the truth when answering such questions? I mean Russia has proven to be so trustworthy in our long history together and would NEVER betray us or say try to hack our computers and of course terrorists wanting to do harm to our country would never lie. Oath of honor. You could surely trust them to tell the truth.   What a brilliant idea. EXTREME VETTING will forever keep out the bad guys.  Right. Right?
