TRUE STORY: (only in Phoenix, AZ, land of "right to work" )
I started my first day of work in a sales company where we cold-called prospects for something (I cannot even remember now) and before the first day of work, we were REQUIRED to stand up and pray to Jesus.
LOL
The boss came out and made us stand and pray.
I walked out.
I cannot believe that is ALL I did, but I walked out in absolute dismay.
I mean who was I gonna complain to?

Wow! Evangelical right? Today you'd have your a** reamed for refusing to do. They will have a law that requires you to do it. I'm gonna ask a question about.
Well I had one boss who, by the third day, convinced me he didn't know his a** from a hole in the ground. A supposed MBA from Harvard guy who didn't stand the first thing about a Balance Sheet. So I gave notice to the Secretary of the Company president. She wouldn't accept it. She whisked out to a Mexican Restaurant for lunch which included MARGARITAS. I had given as the reason that he didn't know anything about accounting or at least at the basic level and he had told me to make an etry that will absolutely WRONG. She told me they knew the problem they had and she asked me to simply keep track of all the imbecilic inane instructions he gave me which I did. I never carried any of them out and the imbecile was do obtuse he never realized it. So I hung in and a couple of months later I got a really great boss. He knew everything. He NEVER hovered he trusted me to do my work and when I needed his help I'd ask! How perfect is that? So we got along really well. My and only personal experience with an MBA doofus dumbhead. AARRGGJ! Thank you for your reply Sharon! :)
