The wackadoodle Manafort case judge finally apologized to prosecuters for his blatant mistreatment of them. Mistrial time?

It was suggested that if the defense had been mistreated so badly they would seek a MISTRIAL. Why doesn't the Prosecution do so? Or at least get rid of that prejudiced partisan wackadoodle judge and get one who will be FAIR?
