Florida's Michael Dejka, the most recent STAND YOUR GROUND shooter/killer was charged with MANSLAUGHTER. Comments?

If this is the guy whom was violently shoved to the ground by the guy he shot.....I think the shooter was justified. And the charge is just political to shout people up. Originally the officer in charge (police or sheriff...I don't remember) said he would not be charged.

If the man who was charged cannot articulate to authorities that the deceased had opportunity or ability to do bodily harm, or that his life or well being was placed in jeopardy, then he'll have to face charges. It's that way practically everywhere, differences in state laws notwithstanding.
