Gibberish. Synonyms for which are nonsense gobbledegook foolishness babble gabble drivel. Are there different kinds?

Or does one size fit all? All gibberish is the same? Ever speak it? When you hear it or read it do you try to understand it? Comprehend it?  Ever wonder if perhaps it isn't gibberish at all but that you are simply incapable of grasping it?
