For all you oldimers. We though the OJ verdict would be a SLAM DUNK GUILTY. It rocked our world negatively when it wasn't. Do you think the Manafort jury is similarly inclined to find this foreign agent for the Urkraine not guilty? Oh geez.
You can have all the evidence in the world, but if you misuse it, mishandle it or misrepresent it, you're cruising into losing. Juries are far more savvy that most give them credit for being. You can weep tears in a closing summation and most juries will see it as pouring water down their back while yelling rainstorm. That is, of course, if you've tried to blow one by them in the process of the trial.
