If donjohn left his brain to science what do you think they'd find once it was removed, dissected, inspected?

Would we learn what made him tick? What made him that way? What does dissecting a brain give us in the way of useful information?

    They would probably find an irregular amount of fatty tissue.  A normal brain is made up of 75% fat.
