Et tu Floence? Et tu Bruce? Oh, not et tu John. No, it's nearly impossible to work in an atmosphere of distrust. Pretty soon paranoia and chaos would break out. If you need proof, just look at the white house. The Joker running things thinks that he can do no wrong - to the state of thinking that everyone's out to get him. It's like watching a game of Jenga. The joker pulls out pieces willy nilly and expects the tower to remain standing. The other players try hard to keep the tower standing despite the stupid player. But how long can they keep it erect? No sooner do they stabilize it, than the stupid player haphazardly pulls out more "key" pieces. Unfortunately, it's not a game and the "tower" is the USA. The player(s) can shout "Make the tower great again" all they want, but once the tower falls... it's "game over".
The super don fears the "deep state" is out to get him. There is no deep state. The folks he appointed to his administration are out to get him. He still doesn't have a clue how alone he is. He never will. Thank you for your thoughtful reply Shuhak and Happy Thursday! :)
