was never a big fan but got a kick out of the fact that HE seemed to get a HUGE kick out of life, and his career.....he was always true to himself; not a snob, etc. and that's why the public loved him.
in spite of his 'image' he had, like Marilyn Monroe, a warmth and humility about him.....
His cheekiness when her was younger and in his prime.....he should have grow old gracefully though and got acting parts that matched his age..... Once he reached sixty odd,his films became unwatchable.... The Russian actor ,Steven Seagal 62 years old ,obese and looks far older than eighty still takes parts of thirty years olds ,yet can hardly walk....
