Broken fingernail/bad hair day/losing a tennis match. If you make mountains out of molehills how do you react to a REAL MOUNTAIN?

A sports event is just a sports event. It is not the end of the world if you win or lose. It doesn't affect people's lives or their health or their well-being. It isn't a permanent ongoing crisis. It happens. It's over. You move on. If you get hissy fits over every little thing what prepares you to handle a really big really important really challenging anything? In the history of the world how important is any "game"? What did it matter who won or lost? How did it affect the course of history either adversely or positively? Sure you get high with delight when your team wins and you feel sad when they lose. So what? That's life. Holding on to it seems so silly. Making a big deal out of it profits whom? Sheesh.
