    He probably will keep tweeting if he was smart enough to change the TTL settings on his web browsers. TTL settings control the number of servers  a computer will dial to hook up to the internet. If  there is  a cyber attack  and 90% of the servers are shut down chances are good that Trumps computers TTL setting are not set high enough to find one of the servers that haven`t been shut down Cheers!
