When one is dissipated (drunk, high or whatever) the brain is NOT working at 100%. Even though some may claim to remember things just fine, tests have shown that that's not always the case. It's hard enough remembering things when one is stone cold sober, let alone when impaired.
Well Kavanaugh's friend Mark Judge who was allegedly with Kav in the room where the girl says she was allegedly assaulted wrote a memoir about his days as a teenage alcoholic. He specifically tried to get wasted and succeeded. He says he does not ever recall seeing Kav do anything like what the girl alleges. How would he know if he were drunk as a skunk? At first he said "he did not recall" and then he said as far as knows it never happened. What a buncha crap! Thank you for your reply Shuhak and Happy Monday. What is the word of an alcoholic worth on the open market? I'm gonna ask! :)
