What gubment agency will perform OVERSIGHT and AUDIT what the gubment does with the money gained from the possessions of crooks?

Congress is SUPPOSED TO PERFORM OVERSIGHT but is has been MIA vis a vis anyone Republican since super don took over so do you you really TRUST THEM to do anything but cook the books, look the other way, let super don divert all of it to h is own personal accounts? Who is gonna stop him?
