If you sit down to a meal and eat the second helping first before eating the first helping, doesn't that make the first helping a leftover last that lasts first after the second ends first?
When I sit down for a meal, I usually eat my second helping first. My second helping is always dessert and if I'm still hungry I'll nibble on the first meal and take home what I don't eat for the 3rd and 4th meals. You can do that when you're an adult.
