Discussion»Statements»Rosie's Corner» False Advertising! To call someone "Commander-in-Chief" who avoided serving in the military purposefully doesn't deserve the title. Duzzy?

Donald Trump Barack Obama Bill Clinton Franklin D Roosevelt (start of WW2) Herbert Hoover (helped guide US Marines during the Boxer Rebellion) Calvin Coolidge Warren G Harding Woodrow Wilson (start of WW1) Grover Cleveland (hired a substitute to serve in his place during the Civil War) Martin Van Buren John Quincy Adams John Adams
FDR didn't technically have any military service (and it would have been unreasonable to expect it of him, poliomyelitis rendered him 4F) but he did serve as attache to Josephus Daniels, Secretary of the Navy in World War I.
