Why are some facts and truths omitted from a trial because they may be PREJUDICIAL? How can truth be a bad thing?
I think a person's track record should always be admitted to get the whole truth about whom he/she is and what he/she did in the past. Not allowing it makes no sense to me. If it makes sense to thee please tell me why?
