Why no.  The diagnoses that are given are observational based on behavior.   I can do it and I am not a quack.   It is apparent to me when someone has ISSUES.  And TRUMP?  Well he is a walking dictionary of anomalies and dysfunctions.  A real psychiatrist would have a field day with that dope.
