A Supreme Court Justice CAN BE IMPEACHED for treason/bribery/high crimes and misdemeanors. One was once but it didn't stick. Will Kav be?

Justice Samuel Chase was impeached. He was accused of basing court decisions on political bias and misconduct. Don't all Justices base court decisions on political bias? He was acquitted and returned to the bench in 1805. Dog & Pony show don'tcha know?  :( Dog & Pony show.

A good judge, a constitutionalist judge, rules based on the law....not political biases. They rule by what the law says.

A bad judge, an activist judge, rules by political and personal biases, and tries to make the law say whatever they want it to say.

Come on Rosie, you know that he can't be impeached if he's not yet in the position and hasn't done anything wrong to warrant impeachment.
