Everyone has a despot dictator leading their country and it often hides behind a corporation, with a president or prime minister as the puppet out front.
Very sad if true kj. Have their been leaders in history of any country that you could point to has having had the welfare of the people as a primary directive? Surely there are degrees of despotism. I guess we base it on how many of their own people they kill/murder. Which brings to mind a question. How do you evaluate the level/degree of dictator/despot? By the number of people killed? Sad thought. We evaluate the degree of natural tragedies like tsunamis or earthquakes based on the number of people who die. SIGH. Thank yoiu for your reply and Happy Thursday! :)
We've had far too many in power that believe in nothing. No principles, no convictions, no courage, no understanding of how we've been screwed on every hand for YEARS. I'd rather have somebody with the guts to put it on the line and back it up, regardless of how despotic YOU think that person might be.
