If the FBI finds nothing and Kav is confirmed we will have witnessed another side of him. He can't lie about his performance. Right?

Whether it will have done him good or done him in we will have to wait and see what happens.

    I don't see how or why he would or whom it would be. He has viciously and consistently vilified/excoriated the FBI for almost two years. His goal seems to be to eviscerate it completely and eventually get rid of the entire justice department. Rely on SCOTUS who will be larded with extreme right-wing trumpicans because Ruth Bader Ginsburg is already 85 I think so she'll be leaving at some point or die in the job like Scalia did.. Oh well. Maybe we shall enjoy a Deus ex machina. Thank you for your reply Malizz!  :)
