. Ah yes we have those who are actually defending Ryan Lochte. Imagine that? I wonder why?
Is Lochte rich?
Should he have been out partying? They are all over 21 and did not drive drunk.
Should he have damaged the bathroom door if they did? No. And if they did then they should pay the penalty for that.
If they reported a robbery to the police, incorrectly then yes they should be charged with making a false report. But as I recall they said they did not report it. He told his Mother.
Should the security pulled their gun out and demanded money? No. That is armed robbery.
“There was no robbery in the way it was reported by the athletes,” Fernando Veloso, the Civil Police chief, said at a news conference. Instead, officials said, the taxi carrying the swimmers stopped at a Shell gas station on the Avenue of the Americas around 6 a.m. One or more of the swimmers vandalized a gas station bathroom, and a security guard brandished a gun, police said. The swimmers gave money to the manager before leaving, witnesses said.

Watch the video at the end there is "cam 17" the swimmer are sitting down with their hands up. Also the video it missing time. It goes from 06:15:02-06:16:08. There is a 1:06 piece of video edited out (this is about 2:20 into the video).....would that be the time that the "security" was committing armed robbery?????
