Let alone a Justice of the Supreme Court? Is Kav a thoughtful person? Is he self-aware or unaware/oblivious? Does he think his performance was appropriate and grand or abysmally embarrassing'shameful?
No, any reasonable person would be angry. What if some woman from college suddenly accused your son of rape but could not produce any evidence. Not even name the date, year, address and everyone who she claims was there denies being anywhere where both she and your son were present? Think he would be mad? Would you be mad? I for one am glad we live in a country that believes in innocent until proven guilty.
I just love it when leftists badger, harass, bully, aggravate, lie, smear and intimidate people and someone calls the appropriate response by the victim "intemperate". The judge was well within his right to fight back. Win, lose or draw, more people have respect for his showing some backbone, than they do for the obnoxious leftists on the Senate committee. He has nothing to rethink because he's more than suitable for the job.
No I don't think it caused him to pause or re think because for the last couple of days he has been messaging some of the students he went to school with . Now that the FBI has been granted full investigation powers they can look at those messages and any other related messages that he sent in the last few weeks. And if the FBI finds he was trying to sway people to his side it will be kaput except for the tail spin for the Judge. Cheers!
I sincerely hope you're right Nanoose. The way it looks now it appears that McConnel will ramrod all of it and Kav will be confirmed no matter what. The standards of acceptable behavior vary humongously and the trumpicans think Kav is da bomb while the rest of us shudder at what he will do with the power oa being a SCOTUS Justice because he has shown us at the top of his lung how unfit for that job he is.
