I'm not sure which "leader" is the most inhumane dictator but Kim is right up there. Why would super don say "we fell in love"?
He did not say that about Putin, another evil despot dictator though he has said only goodly things a bigly amount of time about Vlad. But "we fell in love"? How does that sit with you and why?
