ICE returned a 4-year-old immigrant child to Guatamala City without notifying any of her relatives. ICE. INCOMPETENT CRETIN EMPLOYEES?

Is every ICE employee a nincompoop?  Collectively or individually are brains not required to work for ICE? What is?

    If that is what happened they were wrong...someone did not do their job correctly. 

    This is an example why Rep do not want the gov in charge of things....they screw it up. ie. Your example, healthcare, VA healthcare, schools, infrastructure, etc.
