If you admire the statue of the 3 little monkeys who see, hear, say nothing then do you go through life mimicing them?

Of what value is that to anyone? What meaning or purpose would you draw from that? Being a cipher is good for what? How much do empty suits contribute to life? Take not only what you need but as much as you want and give nothing back. A life well-lived? Really?

Do you mean being in denial and putting your head in the sand?

    That is no good.

The other take is to be humble and continue to do good and see good and practice patience and non-violence.

The choice is up to us.

This means speaking out against oppression, but don't carry a weapon.
We need to put our actions into positive changes.  If it means marching to the White House and speaking out on platforms, that is the way to raise consciousness that lasts.  Not by yelling back at the turkey and saying LOCK HER UP?  OH NO.  LOCK HIM UP. Like the back and forth we are continually witnessing each and every day that is just dividing this country.
