"The West Wing" used to be TV show that Dems enjoyed. I don't think Republicans did since the prez was a Lib. Here's the thing. The storyline included his hiding a disease. Did that bother you?

The TV character's wife was a doctor and complicit in hiding the disease from the public. She gave him shots from time to time to manage the symptoms. FDR hid his polio. JFK had multiple health problems that were hidden from the public. Probably other presidents  have done so too. It makes you wonder and worry about who is hiding what and why? Maybe they should all take lie detector tests in public on national TV  to find out what they are keeping from us. Not only health issues but  anything else they fear we would find out about  it. I wonder how many prez candidates would hang in and face that?
