That report paints a rather bleak picture of the future... and a not-to-distant future at that.
If you play ostrich with the facts, then they aren't true (head in the sand). since our ostrich-in-chief loves money (especially for himself),then by no means will he ever believe (in) anything that would cost him money (clean-clean coal, there is unlimited oil available, raking leaves prevents fires, if global warming is true then why is it so cold?) climate change was/is brought about by ignorance and greed. it's ignorance until you learn better, but once you know better yet refuse to change as it may cut into your profits, then its greed. our ostrich loves money and he doesnt care how its obtained (destroy national parks, destroy the earth) so long as he gets money (beautiful, beautiful money!). unfortunately, many corporations (who pollute) think likewise.
First of all Shuhak I want to commend you on one of your most obvious and outstanding "virtues". You are a VERY CLASSY namecaller! Indeed. I call him many things along the lines of SOB but m'dear you call him an ostrich! Two paths to the same destination but yours is way more topnotch and high road than mine. I shall try very hard to emulate you futurely. Now to the points you make. Of course I have no choice but to agree with thee. If there is money to be made guaranteed the "Ostrich" is first in line so he can take as much as he can grab before others get a chance. Environment be dam*ed! Life of living things be dam*ed! The quality and length of that life be dam*ed! Money money money money money money money comes first. I know you don't mean to disrespect or malign the fine animal we call "Ostrich". Do they really bury their heads in the sand Shuhak? How long can living creatures bury their hands in the sand before they die? I'm gonna ask. Well if he did shred it someone will have to scotch tape it back together so it can be entered into the Presidential records archive. I think most people realise man made climate change is a real threat and Trump is part of the problem not part of the solution. Cheers and happy weekend!.
I think 40% of the voting public believe whatever he tells them to believe. So that leaves 60% who don't and so your "most people" is thankfully true. I wish it were moster than that but well it is what it is Nanoose. Thank you for your thoughtful reply and Happy Sunday! :)
