    It is a sign of having to deal with a lot of people. There are some people who are always looking for a reason to sue someone.
    Also this is even more so if a person has money. Lawyers don't want to bother with suing a poor person.

    Hello Rosie:

    It's a sign of BEING in business in a litigious society.  If you watch TV, you KNOW there are sharks out there pleading for people to call him so they can SUE somebody..  The more successful you are, the bigger target you are.
