Is being sued multiple times and suing others multiple times a sign of success or failure? Why?

It is a sign of having to deal with a lot of people. There are some people who are always looking for a reason to sue someone.
Also this is even more so if a person has money. Lawyers don't want to bother with suing a poor person.

It's a sign of BEING in business in a litigious society.  If you watch TV, you KNOW there are sharks out there pleading for people to call him so they can SUE somebody..  The more successful you are, the bigger target you are.

Having the money to hire someone to prosecute or defend is the sign of success. 

I think so too although some would say the more you sue and are sued the more successful you are. Not me. Thank you for your reply Baba! :)
