What you say is you. What you do is you. What you think is you. What you feel is you. Are you happy or un with the you you are today? Why?

Thank you for your reply Sharon. I disagree with thee but so what? What others think of us is based upon whether they like us or dislike us. You cannot trust either version because each is slanted/skewed according to EMOTIONAL reaction. Some folks are very hard on themselves while others like the prez think much too highly of themselves. But who knows you better than you? Who knows what you've done/said that you regret better than you? "To thine own self be true". I think when you speak your truth no matter the cost you are your truest self. Now one caveat to that is when you go out of your way to harm someone. The person you think you are and the "real" you is the same person. Knowing that is dependent upon how honest you are in my opinion. Do you take inventory in timely fashion? Do you look inside to see if everything is working right?  Do you give yourself the benefit of the doubt and also extend that to others? i know some folks never reflect. I think it's because they're afraid to so they don't. God in three persons blessed trinity. The Father the Son and the Holy Spirit. Threes. Me myself and I. Just my opinion of course. Yours is as valid for you as mine is valid for me.
