He could already have his shadow government selected and fully prepped/prepared to hit the decks running the moment the don is out. He may be much more devious and smarter than he has let on. He has to play it low and invisible and dunce-like to stay out of the bullseye of da prez. So far he has pulled it off by looking at da prez adoringly and keeping his mouth shut. I dunno which guy will show up when it's time. I guess we'll find out.
