Ever see an ad that stipulated "Experienced people not wanted"? An ad that read "the more ignorant you are the better"?
Sounds mighty stupid dumb doesn't it? No experience at all. Ignorance preferred over knowledge. Clueless desired. Imagine how many businesses would die overnight if that requirement were ubiquitous? Boggles the mind. SIGH. SHEESH.
Well there is experience and experience. Some employers would rather be able to train people to do things the way they want rather than have to depend on learned bad habits and preconceived prejudices.
