Allegedly Ivanka, Eric and Don Jr. were Board Members. The last Board Meeting was held in 1999! The Chief Financial Officer of the company who has been there for decades was listed as member of the board and said he did not know that. The reason the 'foundation' is being dissolved is that it was a criminal enterprise. The monies collected were spent for the benefit of trumps. After much detailed auditing they are all in bigly huge trouble. it was just another fraud as was trump university. Just another way to collect money and enrich themselves at the expense of those who were gullible enough to think the money they gave was actually going to go to charities.
