The stable boy said he has heard from all the furloughed gubment workers and they all tell him to hang in until he gets his wall. True/faux?

Are ya one of 'em who is getting no pay and do you want your stable boy to hang in no matter how long it takes to get his wall? What about paying your bills and feeding your family? No worries because y'all believe that the border wall is way more important than your own family's well-being. If so well then ain't that a kick in the head?

    He's heard from FOX NEWS.  That is the only advisors he cares about.  He thinks they control his base.  That is all he knows.

    My cousin works for ICE ... so is one of the employees working, but not being paid.
    I was talking with him this weekend, as we helped my brother move to another apartment.
    My cousin is not happy, nor (according to him) are any of his coworkers.

    As to getting paid, I asked him how long it takes the government to "catch up" their pay checks for the hours they work without pay during shutdowns (since it has happened to him before).  He said that sometimes they don't.  He is still waiting for back pay from a couple years ago.

    You know if it was a private employer that tried to work people without paying them, the government would be all over it and levying fines and possible jail time.  But when you control both the law and investigative branches, you can do whatever you want.
