If all the foreign despot dictators REALLY liked stable boy they would have shut their governments down to show solidarity. Why didn't they?

Putin and all the other murderous despots that stable boy adores and admires and patterns himself after should shut their governments down too until stable boy gets his wall fence slats curtain. That would certainly prove how loyal they are to him and above all he yearns for loyalty toward him from everyone.  Wonder why they didn't do it when he did and I wonder why he doesn't ask why they aren't doing it? I mean a border wall fence slats curtain is ESSENTIAL to the safety of our country. Without it we will remain a sh**hole country won't we because all the rapists and murderers and terrorists will keep flooding in via caravan without it. How come stable boy DEMANDS loyalty from Americans but doesn't demand it from his foreign  buddies?
