Bait and switch. You are hired for a specific job for which you're suited and once there your job "duties/function" switches. What d'ya do?

You were doing what you enjoy and now you are responsible for doing things you dislike intensely as well as still trying to do what you were originally hired to do. Do you hang in and try to conform or do you quit because they changed things on you which would in effect relieve you of any obligations?

Right. You are hired under phony circumstances/pretenses. You agree to do what they say the job will be and then once hired you find they lied. I'd leave without notice. That's false advertising. You don't owe them a thing. Thank you for your reply franc! :) This post was edited by RosieG at January 2, 2019 4:50 AM MST
