Answering the why implied in all questions is sometimes harder than you think. Some folks are unable to do it. They absolutely believe X, Y and Z. They may articulate the why of X or Y but Z? They never thought about the why of that and so sometimes they get very belligerent because they feel attacked. I think asking why should be an attack-free zone. If you can answer why fine.
