  • 3 weeks ago, man.

Check it out...I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and have a Cpap machine. It's driving me crazy and makes me acutely aware of my breathing.  I hate the damn thing

  • I thought about it a few hours ago. I was hauling ass on my bike on a high gear and I noticed how heavy my breathing was compared to how it normally is when not hauling ass. lol

Tuesday, with my personal trainer. He's always telling me when and how to breathe during my workout.

I hope you don't have to use it for long, that you make it back to 100% as soon as possible.

  • Yeah! If I do fall asleep, I wake-up and rip the thing off.

Thanks for sending that. I I like the mouth piece part.  That would kill 2-birds. I use a mouth guard because I grind my teeth in my sleep. I'm calling my provider today

  • I may need it forever. It's a physical condition where my air passage close-up during my sleep.

I can sleep without it but I snore like crazy and wake myself up.

Same here.. especially this summer.. my asthma has been terrible due to allergies.

I'm doing 2 different nebuliser treatments 4 times a day at home.. but that's better than being re-admitted to hospital again.
