If YOU were one of the furloughed and not independently wealthy wouldn't you quit and get another job IMMEDIATELY? Why hang in till when?

Well, I would like to think that I would have enough money put aside for a rainy day so that I could withstand this shutdown. but I realize that not everyone can do that.  If my situation meant that I would be late paying my mortgage or something else that would seriously affect my credit, I would look for another job immediately.  I would not feel any allegiance to a government that would cut me off completely.
