They say the past is prologue. To predict what people will do futurely just look at what they've done. Would a stable boy sacrifice himself?

Would he protect his family by taking all the blame for any wrongdoing in which they were involved? Or would he throw them under the bus to save himself? That would mean actually loving others MORE THAN he loves himself. Whatcha think? Has he got it in him to do that?
