Do those who say "give me liberty or give me death" really mean it? Death is final. Where there;s life there's hope. Do you hope?

What does life mean to you? Could you throw it away so easily? Either or? Ultimatum. My way or the highway? I wonder.

    But if we don't have liberty then there can only be much less hope.  Because then we have been reduced to just being a tool of those who have power over us.  Many people have life but not hope.  Even those who do have liberty.  Because they have no idea how to lose it and only use it to imprison themselves or sell their liberty - so either way they end up with less.
