It depends on perspective. Even El Cid, Catherine the Great, Columbus, George Washington, Daniel Boone, Jim Bowie, Yasir Arafat, Nelson Mandela, and countless others were directly and/or indirectly responsible for the deaths of people or ordered the deaths of people. Emiliano Zapata might be viewed by his proponents one way and by his detractors another way. Who is to say either is wrong?
