    I rarely mourn anything, not even my mother. I can't bring her back and I will soon be with her, God willing.

    That seems very stoic to me Ele. I think Buddhists embrace acceptance. The Yin and Yang of life. The Ebb and Flow. I believe detachment is the goal. You seem detached from the emotion which certainly cuts down on the pain of loss. Thank you for your reply! :)
