    I try to go to sleep before the meds kick in. They make me feel like s&*t otherwise.

  • Smoke a hooter and throw those pill bottles away....unless one is Trazodone, then take 100mg. ;)

    Traz has no effect on me anymore, but 300mg of seroquel does.

  • They tried the seroquel XR on me for a while and it made me a walking zombie when I wasn't asleep.  I didn't stay on it long.

  • I try not to eat after 7:30pm also. I don’t always succèed in that tough. 10:30 nachos are so good.
